如果您在使用我们的产品过程中出现了问题,请先联系给您提供产品的业务经理。由业务经理提交客户反馈信息给技术部。公司的技术人员会在第一时间查检同批次产品的质检报告,可能的话对产品重新检测并出具新的质检报告单。对于结果确有问题的,公司会安排另外批次为您做调换;如结果无问题的,公司方面会向客户出示正确的质检报告、色谱等。
If there is any problems during the process of using our products, please contact related product business manager.The customer feedback will be submitted to the technical department promptly.The technical staff will check and compare the production analysis report with same batch products again.If possible,we will re-evaluate the goods and provide new certificate of analysis. You can require a change or refund if result shows problems, and if result shows no problem, we will present you correct one along with Gas Chromatograph Chart and analysis report.
